Greg or one of your staff, I know you read the blogs on you , your leading a dangerous game, if some one asks to be taken off the list , take them off. I know you have a total backup system in place, where you take them off and then add them again at a later time, so don't even deny it. If this is the only way to get to you then so be it. Giving it away would have fostered a developer community (a free postcode lookup webservice API all but guaranteed), and perhaps even encouraged increased postal delivery(!).
